Degree Certificate Gujarat University : ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટી દ્વારા વાર્ષિક પદવીદાન સમારંભ-2023 (gujarat university convocation) માટેનાં આવેદન ભરવાની શરૂઆત થઇ ચૂકી છે. આ વર્ષે પાસ થયેલા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ડીગ્રી સર્ટીફિકેટ માટે ઓનલાઇન ફોર્મ ભરી શકશે. આ સિવાય ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટીનાં પાસ આઉટ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પણ આ ઓનલાઇન ફોર્મ ભરીને પોતાનું ડીગ્રી સર્ટીફિકેટ મેળવી શકે છે. અગાઉ ઓનલાઇન ફોર્મ અને ફી ભરવાની છેલ્લી તારીખ 05 ઓક્ટોબર 2023 છે.
વાર્ષિક પદવીદાન સમારંભ-2024 આવેદનપત્ર ભરવા માર્ગદર્શક સૂચનાઓ
- ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટી દ્વારા લેવાયેલ પદવી પરીક્ષામાં ઉતીર્ણ (પાસ) થયેલ તમામ વિદ્યાશાખાના (દરેક સ્ટ્રીમ) વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ જેમણે પદવી પ્રમાણપત્ર મેળવવા માટે અગાઉ આવેદનપત્ર ભરેલ ન હોય તેવા તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ઓનલાઈન આવેદનપત્ર ભરવાનું રહેશે. તેમજ આવેદનપત્ર સાથે રૂ 260/- (અંકે રૂપિયા બસો સાઇઠ પુરા) ફી ઓનલાઇન ભરવાની રહેશે.

- પીએચ.ડી.ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ સિવાયના તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ તેમની પદવી વર્ષના ગુણપત્રકની સુવાચ્ય નકલ (છેલ્લા વર્ષ / છેલ્લા સેમેસ્ટરની) ઓનલાઈન આવેદનપત્ર ભરતી વખતે (100 KB to 400 KB) અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે. પીએચ.ડી.ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ પીએચ.ડી. નોટિફિકેશન (100 KB to 400 KB) પણ અપલોડ કરવાનું રહેશે.

- પદવી પ્રમાણપત્રમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓનો ફોટો તથા આધારકાર્ડ નંબર દર્શાવવાનો હોઈ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ પદવી પ્રમાણપત્રનું ફોર્મ ઓનલાઈન ભરતી વખતે આધારકાર્ડ નંબર નાંખીને તાજેતરનો પાસપોર્ટ સાઈઝનો (10 KB to 50 KB)નો કલર ફોટો તથા આધારકાર્ડની ઈમેજ(100 KB to 400 KB) અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે.

- Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery, Bachelor of Dental Surgery, Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Optometry, Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Bachelor of Prosthetics & Orthotics, Bachelor of Homeopathic & Medicine Surgeryના વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ તેમની પદવી વર્ષના ગુણપત્રકની સુવાચ્ય નકલ તથા ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટી દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ ઈન્ટર્નશીપ કંમ્પ્લીશન સર્ટિફિકેટની સુવાચ્ય નકલ ઓનલાઈન આવેદનપત્ર ભરતી વખતે અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે. જો ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટી દ્વારા આપવામાં ઈન્ટર્નશીપ કંમ્પ્લીશન સર્ટિફિકેટની સુવાચ્ય નકલ અપલોડ કરેલ નહી હોય તેવા સંજોગમાં પદવી પ્રમાણપત્રનું આવેદન પત્ર રદ ગણવામાં આવશે.

- Bachelor of Pharmacy ના ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટી વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ કોલેજ દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ પાસીંગ સર્ટિફિકેટ પ્રેક્ટિકલ ટ્રેઈનીંગ સર્ટિફિકેટની સુવાચ્ય નકલ ઓનલાઈન આવેદનપત્ર ભરતી વખતે અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે. Diploma in Pharmacy ના જુના વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ વાર્ષિક પદવીદાન સમારંભમાં ઓનલાઈન આવેદનપત્ર ભરવું નહિ. તેમ છત્તા જો કોઈ વિદ્યાર્થી ફોર્મ ભરશે તો ટે રદ ગણવામાં આવશે.
- ઓનલાઈન ટ્રાન્ઝેક્શન માટેના ચાર્જબેક માટે દસ્તાવેજી પુરાવાઓ સાથે ફક્ત ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટી, હિસાબી શાખા( રૂમ નંબર ૧૮)નો સંપર્ક કરવો. બેંક દ્વારા ચાર્જબેકના કોઈપણ ક્લેઈમ સેટલ કરવામાં આવશે નહીં. gujarat university convocation

ડીગ્રી સર્ટીફિકેટ (Degree Certificate Gujarat University) કઢાવવું એ લોકો માટે જરુરી બની જાય છે જેમને વિદેશ પ્રવાસ કરવો છે, જેમને વિદેશમાં અભ્યાસ કરવો છે, પાસપોર્ટ કઢાવવો છે, કોઇ એડમિશન પ્રક્રિયામાં ભગ લેવો છે, સરકારી નોકરીની તૈયારી કરી રહ્યા છે, અન્ય યુનિવર્સિટીમાં અભ્યાસ કરવો છે… વગેરે.. વગેરે.General Instructions for Students applying for admission to their degrees at the Annual/Special Convocation
- Convocation for conferring degrees will be held at the Gujarat University on the date and time which will be announced when finalized.
- Fees for admission to a degree/diploma in Rs. 260/- (Rupees Two Hundreds and Sixty Only). A candidate will be admitted to the degree/diploma in Person or in Absentia at his/her option.
- Fees once paid shall not be refunded or held in reserved for future convocation, if application is invalid. In case of valid application, student should contact Gujarat University for any queries related to refund of fees paid multiple times for this convocation. Processing of the claim for refund of fees paid multiple times shall be carried out after convocation at Gujarat University Only.
- Candidates intending to take degree in Absentia are requested to write legibly in their applications their permanent residential addresses in full.
- Candidates wish to receive their degree in Person are requested to remain present in the office of the Gujarat University, Ahmedabad personally on the date and time decided. They must be in full academic costume/both scarf and badge prescribed for the degree to which they seek admission. The Gujarat University will supply them scarf and badge on hire on payment of Rs. 200/- ((Rupees Two Hundred Only) as deposit and Rs. 50/- ((Rupees Fifty Only) as charges thereof. Candidates who are not in their proper academic costume will not be permitted to receive their degrees in Person.
- Complaints regarding error (s) in the certificate should be made within one month from the date of receipt of the degree certificate. Complaints made thereafter will in no case be attended to.
- Candidates who intend to receive more than one degree at same convocation should fill up a separate application for each degree.
- The degree certificate(s) will be sent to them in due course at the address given by them in their application for the admission to a degree by Speed Post.
- Complaints regarding non receipt of the degree certificate will be entertained within a two month from the date of convocation. Thereafter no complaints will be entertained.
- Candidates applying for admission to the degree of Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery, Bachelor of Dental Surgery, Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Optometry, Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Bachelor of Prosthetics & Orthotics, Bachelor of Homeopathic & Medicine Surgery or Bachelor of Pharmacy are requested to upload the Housemanship/Internship(given by Gujarat university ) or Dispensing certificate, as the case may be, failing which they will not admitted to the degree at the convocation.
